In winter, you enjoy a unique ski-in, ski-out location in the Dachstein West ski area. From the garden, you ski straight onto the slopes and, at the end of the day, back to your own holiday home. After a day in the snow, you can relax wonderfully in the private sauna.
In summer, Haus Lugthart serves as the ideal base for the beautiful hiking area of the Tennengau. Discover green alpine meadows, impressive mountain peaks, and clear mountain lakes, after which you can relax in the heated private pool (June to September).
The house offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay with five double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and the convenience of a washer and dryer.

The family-friendly Dachstein West ski area offers approximately 160 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, modern lifts, and varied runs for both beginners and advanced skiers. The region is known for its relaxed atmosphere, stunning panoramas of the Dachstein Glacier, the Gosaukamm, and the Tennengebirte, and excellent snow reliability thanks to modern snowmaking facilities.
As soon as the snow gives way to green alpine meadows, Annaberg transforms into a true hiking paradise. The hiking area of Dachstein West and the Tennengau boasts over 300 kilometers of marked hiking trails. Hike through flower-filled mountain meadows, past crystal-clear mountain lakes and authentic mountain huts, or embark on challenging mountain tours with spectacular views. Thanks to the mountain lifts, the higher mountain areas are also easily accessible, allowing young and old to enjoy nature to the fullest.
